I was on a roadtrip through Wisconsin when my car started to make a concerning noise. I was several hours out from home and a few hours away from the destination. I called around and no one was able to get me in but MC Motorwerks fit me last minute into their schedule. Scott was were very understanding of my problem and willing to take a look at things. Ended up leaving the car with them and got a rental car for the rest of the trip (conveniently located just a few minutes walking from Motorwerks.) Next day got a call back and they took a look at everything and were able to find the root of the problem. Thankfully nothing major, and instead of what I thought would be over a thousand dollar repair, ended up costing under $100. Since we took a rental we were a few hours out and would not be heading back in that direction until after the weekend. They were very understanding and were fine working with us on the pick up time. Overall very smooth experience and super nice. They were a lifesaver through a very stressful moment.
